Kako pripraviti pH standardno pufersko raztopino?

Pri pripravi raztopine je treba uporabiti deionizirano vodo, ki jo je treba predhodno kuhati 15-30 minut, da se odstrani raztopljeni ogljikov dioksid. Odrežite plastično vrečko in vlijte reagent v čašo. Raztopite ga z ustrezno količino deionizirane vode, splaknite embalažno vrečko in nato prelijte v 250 ml merilno bučko. Razredčite do oznake in dobro pretresite.
3. Kako pravilno shranjevati in uporabljati pH puferske raztopine?
